About your Instructor
My name is Justin, and I am the instructor for our STEM and Career Engineering programs. I am passionate about helping students gain real-world skills through hands-on learning, problem-solving, and practical application of science and engineering.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Marine Engineering, which gave me a strong foundation in applied science, mechanics, and systems used in real-world marine and industrial environments. After graduating, I began my career in the petroleum industry, where I started as a petroleum inspector. Over time, I worked my way up through the industry and eventually became a branch manager for petroleum inspection companies in both Tampa and Fort Lauderdale.
Today, I bring that real-world industry experience into the classroom to help students understand not just the “how,” but the “why” behind engineering, safety, and technical careers.
Our School
Our school is located in Polk City, just outside of North Lakeland, on a 5-acre working farm. This unique setting gives students the opportunity to learn in a hands-on, engaging environment surrounded by animals, open space, and real-world applications of agriculture and engineering concepts.
Students have access to outdoor learning areas, animal interaction spaces, and open play areas across the property. We also offer a fully equipped, air-conditioned indoor classroom where students can focus on instruction, projects, and engineering work in a comfortable environment year-round.
